How one angry person can ruin the good impression and good work of many people.
Our stay during the Olympics in Paris was excellent, as we had a busy schedule we didn't take full advantage of all the attractions at the campsite, but we saw that you offer a lot. We really appreciated that everywhere was clean and the campsite was safe. The cabin on the Seine was very comfortable, clean and inviting. The air conditioning worked without any problems and hot water was not a problem either. Our bed linen and towels were changed very quickly on request. We struggled a bit with the quality of the wifi, but I guess it was the heavy overload with everyone watching sports online. The only thing that was problematic from our point of view was the small number of washing machines, there were only three (albeit very good quality) for the whole site. And only one dryer. I think the camp could use triple the number of washers and dryers, there would definitely be room. I wouldn't have been party to the very unpleasant situation where an elderly Dutch lady was waiting orderly on a sofa in the laundry room for the washing machine to become available, as soon as someone came to get their laundry, a very arrogant blonde came running up and started throwing the laundry into the washing machine. The Dutch woman very politely demanded that she wait, that there was a queue for the washing machine and therefore she should be entitled to it. The blonde (we can call her Karen) was very rude, occupied the washing machine and went outside to smoke. The Dutch woman burst into tears and a German woman comforted her. Now you know that you can't control the behaviour of your guests. Unfortunately, we found out that the blonde Karen, who is attacking paying guests, is also not a guest, but an employee of the campsite. That evening we wanted to go to the campsite restaurant and to our dismay we found that this arrogant evil madam (middle aged, smaller stature, short blonde hair) was working in the restaurant. So we changed our plan and went to eat at the Santa Monica pizzeria in Maisons-Laffitte. In addition, I feel that it is generally wrong for staff to use and take up space for guests, perhaps you have your own laundry service for this purpose. I think that staff assaulting guests is not a good look and you should take it up with the lady at the restaurant. There were several witnesses and they were all disgusted by her behavior.
