Falls short of its potential
This has the potential to be an incredible site but too many problems make it fall short of where it could be. The toilet block (including the washing up sinks) were often left dirty and there was no hot water. The drain on our pitch was blocked. There was a lot of litter and cigarette butts left around the lake area by other guests. The bar system is inefficient with very long queues. BUT there are a lot of positives about the facilities and overall we did enjoy our stay.
