we arrived without any important things that sandaya must have. (ex; dishwasher, even 1 sac poubelle and 1 toilet paper! we arrived without having any of these in our first night stay. i'm a previous costumer and this is the first time i encountered this. we reported it, they apologised and invited us to come in the morning in the reception to give us cleaning and necessary stuffs. But overall experience it was all good! We spent out our whole week there without any more problem. I suggest to come there in summer because it was raining the whole week so we had to stay all day in our mobile home.
