Check-in disaster. After a long queue we're allocated a pitch. It was occupied. The scooter guy went back to find another pitch. After another 30 mins told we had been upgraded to pitch 441. Horrible pitch that wasn't actually finished, large but basically dirt but with EHU and water on pitch. This is not the standard I would expect from Sandaya. The staff on site did their best but the system wasn't up to scratch.
