Asked reception 3 times over 3 days for glasses to drink from and to fix a fault message on our dishwasher, never received or fixed anything, sewage was coming out of a manhole near our pitch, spoke to reception, 5 hours later someone came to fix it, still spewing the next morning, no barrier round it or warning signs. The pool was cold, we asked last year why it was so cold and was told the heating was broken, it was either broken again this year or they couldn't be bothered to lie to us. We've been going to this site for 7 years, and in all those years even though the takeaway advertised crepes, they are either not being made or have sold out, yes 7 years. Shame because the accommodation was good, poorly designed but still clean and modern, and the site is quiet and doesn't feel over crowded until it's really busy.
