Leider kann ich dazu keine Stellung nehmen, da ich von Ihnen nie eine Bestätigung meiner Buchung erhalten habe und deshalb diesen Urlaub nicht wahrnehmen konnte. Ihr Unternehmen sowie Ihr Gebaren ist eine einzige Katastrophe. Selbst auf die Nachfrage und Fristsetzung wurde nicht geantwortet. Sollte ich dennoch eine Belastung meiner Kreditkarte vorfinden, werde ich unverzüglich Rechtsmittel einlegen. Weiterhin viel Erfolg für Ihr Konzept. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on this as I never received a confirmation of my booking from you and therefore could not take this holiday. Your company and your behaviour are a disaster. Even when asked and given a deadline, there was no reply. Should I still find a charge on my credit card, I will immediately take legal action. I wish you continued success with your concept.
