Although understanding we stayed in the technically off season, I do think the general maintained was lower than last year. Grass not cut, bushes and trees not kept well. I'm sure these things are done later in the season but as a customer I'd like it done before my own stay. Also I'm pretty sure the heater in the heated pool wasn't being used.
