Amazing service. Friendly and welcoming. I had my glasses on the dame day which is unheard of. The team were not pushy and were supportive of my needs. I didn't once feel under preassure to make any fast decisions. Great service and great team. Shout out to Sam and Jack in particular.

Amazing service at Staines. Opticians were very thorough and professional, the choice of frames is huge for all pockets and tastes. Customer service is on the highest level, waiting time for my bifocals was as promised one week. The centre is modern, clean and welcoming. Overall an amazing experience. Have recommended it to my husband. Only good things to say!

From walking into the store in Staines to the following week for my eye tests and choosing my glasses everyone was super helpful and friendly, I had a great experience overall and they managed to get my glasses ready within a week as I'm about to head out the country for an extended period of time and was chuffed to collect them ahead of leaving.
