We had a next day response from Verisure, with a Gentleman from Verisure who arrived the next morning and explained everything in detail and we agreed to install the system a few days later. Shahvez was a true professional with a very good knowledge of the product and its operations. He did the full installation and trained us how it works from start to end. We had a few teething problems and he visited twice after to make sure everything was working properly. Since then he has called us to make sure we are happy. Fantastic Service and after sales service. We are very pleased and feel very safe and Thank Shahvez, his Dad and the Verisure Team.
