The agent Terry who came to my door to pitch me on a cold call was brilliant.
Very good communication and what a great guy.
After the instillation I set off to town and my van broke down, he drove past after he had left behind me.
He stopped to help me and got me going again.
That genuinely is just above and beyond.
That is customer service like I have never experienced.
If someone reading this in management, you need to really talk to Terry and get him to teach your other sales people.
There is a lot to be learnt from that member if your staff Terry.
